You have to be willing to stand up for your rights. Being able to calmly state them is key. Sadly, I am STILL fighting my battle, since it is Friday and I still have not heard from the owner (He told my lawyer he would call me by the end of the business day Wednesday.) Yesterday, I constructed an email, complete with pictures, to my local news agency. This is SO frustrating.
