]]>I would try to get a daily walk in to keep things moving.. also would do my best to support a healthy digestive tract through lots and lots of water and a daily probiotic (yogurt or supplement) as well as considering digestive enzymes (papaya is good for that while pregnant..may help with the heartburn). Rainbow Light Prenatals contain digestive enzymes and spirluna and always kept me VERY regular and cut down on the gas.. but still, it is amazing how much gas and bloat a pregnant woman can produce. (It is a running joke in our home).

I used to take a prenatal vitamin that was only available at health food stores that had added acidophilus and it helped things move VERY well. I had to be careful to take the vitamin when I knew I’d be home for a few hours afterwards!
Mostly… get used to feeling a bit “off” for a while. As I recall, the last trimester those weird feelings of bloating left…just in time for my ankles to swell the size of watermelons.
I craved everything potato during my first pregnancy… tater tots YUM. Since potatoes are the perfect food, eat up.
