I think it’s also important to reflect on your past in a “right” way for yourself. That’s what i’ve learned to do. One should never get stuck in the past disappointments and regrets, and should consider it as lessons and personal experience. One should always try to be optimistic, though it’s very hard sometimes. But we should never give up and know that all will pass. I have been reflecting on my life a lot and i know that i’ve never been happier about all the things in my life! I keep a diary and I find that really useful for reflecting and planning and generally dealing with change. I sometimes go back and read things I have written from difficult times and see how I got through them and somehow that makes present uncertainties easier to deal with.
