Regardless of whether they “let” you out of the lease, I’d move, clean the place, take TONS of pictures as you leave and never pay another dime. Let them take you to court and you can plead your case to the judge. You’ve got phone conversations, certified letters and a lease with specific details that have been ignored. THEY have already breached the contract.
