3:24:53 AM: Okay on the way to the hospital for some stitches. She was born at 1:16 am. She is big and beautiful!
6:00:51 AM: Just got her blood type at the hospital and my bazillion stitches waiting for my Rhogam shot now.
6:07:16 AM: We’ve named her… Everly Charlotte by the way. ;->

Take your ingredients…
Combine them and soak some pads!
Soak the pads good! They will swell.
Place them in a plastic bag.
Freeze those babies good…
…and after birth you will a nice soothing frozen pad for the vagina.
Arnica is for soreness and bruising, witch hazel is an astringent that soothes irritated tissues and relieves discomfort. Make many of these for postpartum, vaginal birth recovery. You will need to change pads often because after the frozen pad thaws it wont be incredibly absorbent and you’ll need some absorbency.

2:24:59 PM: I am almost 100% effaced, baby’s station is about -1 and I am now 1.5 cm dilated.
