I went through several BRAND NEW vacuums, including the Dyson Animal and then… found the mother of all vacuums… looks kinda like yours. It’s called Silver King and that sucker SUCKS. They are $3000 brand new, but we found ours on craigslist for $125…they had no idea what it was because they had gotten it from a relative. I LOVE IT. It’s bulky and heavier than the new style, but it’s go so much power! Great job getting yours free!! People see something that looks old and don’t realize they work so much better than the newer plastic ones.
