It truly is a scary thing to contemplate. How much unnatural, harmful stuff is in your body?? I found this quiz today and was horrified! I try to eat healthy and take care of myself but I am not avoiding canned tuna, permanent markers and glue because of the toxins.. I depend on my body’s natural ability to detoxify its self and I give it some help here and there but it sure amazes me how much stuff is bad for us!!
