I work in the service industry and have for many years. I have done everything from banquet serving to working as a front desk agent. I have also done retail sales and I am a dance teacher.
Everything I am surrounded by is people orientated so naturally I am very sensitive to good/ bad service. I love shopping in the privately owned small businesses because of the great service and the “I care” attitude.
