The gift of gardening for my birthday..

I got my birthday wishes! I enjoyed a nice fondue dinner with my mom, niece and boyfriend on thursday. Today I planted the many wonderful bulbs, roots and plants I received for my birthday and now I await their beautiful blooms!

We are veggin out this weekend! We spent the last few days sightseeing with my mom and niece (who is now 3 1/2 months old). We showed them the chocolate falls, visited the walnut canyon cliff dwellings and wupatki national monument over the course of the last few days. We stayed busy and had fun. I will post photos soon, I promise but right now I am off to eat lunch, drink some espresso and relax. Hope everyone is having a good weekend! Thanks for all the birthday wishes!
