Then you'll love this book!" float="right"] Hoosiers supplying Hoosiers with the best the local food movement has to offer is the focus of a new, conversation-starting coffee table book titled Food for Thought: an Indiana Harvest. It is such a cool idea for a coffee-table book and it turned out very nice.. More than 80 Hoosiers are profiled in the 200 plus pages, giving you a glimpse into the burgeoning local food renaissance now underway in Indiana. They wouldn't...

It's a stormy weekend day, perfect lazy weather!

Today is a lazy day! I am crampy, achy and beat again and it is snowing so I started the laundry, folded a dry load and now am sitting in my bed writing this post. I can see the snow falling from where I sit and it's so warm and toasty here. My students did well yesterday. They got 7th place (out of 11) which is great considering they are all newbies except for one! They have much work to do (as do I) to get the show looking better for the next competition in 2 weeks. They did a great job though, we have 5 more weeks to work on and perfect the show be fore championships. Tomorrow marks the start of spring break for our schools so I will have...

Over time your body will adjust to your plan and your "quick fix" diet may even make your weight loss harder in the end! Weight loss is partly about eating right & exercise but it is also about your body's metabolism so in order to effectively loose pounds you need a solution that addresses your lifestyle/ habits and your body's chemistry. I just read a book that outlines a natural way to loose weight; it's called The Ultimate Tea Diet by Mark "Dr. Tea" Ukra. No, you...
