Hot cocoa, cookie dough and defrosting meat (random thoughts)

So, I am just sitting here sipping my hot chocolate, snacking on some raw cookie dough and waiting for the elk meat to defrost! I was previously trying to put the finishing touches on many of my gift baskets. I am a vendor for this weekends AppleFest at slide rock state park (October 6 & 7th 2006) so I need to have all my inventory ready for display and I am working on it this week! If you are in Arizona and some free time swing by slide rock state park and have some fun! You can start your holiday shopping early!

Right when I get all motivated and head out to the garage to gather all my inventory I realize that I need more plastic wrap for my gift baskets.. This means I am unable to do what I need to do and I am motivated too!

Ugh, now my motivation is gone… So I am trying to relax in the moments I have waiting for the meat to defrost. I am enjoying my chocolate cookie dough and my warm drink…

I am also pretty excited to watch season 2, disk 6 of Grey’s Anatomy that just came from netflix… Have to wait for N to get home first though! 😉

Well, have a good night!
